It's a relatively young manufacturer, established in 1948, but probably one of the most progressive ones, as they combine new technology with what they believe works of the traditional techniques. Their specialty is to only use the best quality of rice and then mill the outer part away, leaving only the starch contents in the middle to obtain the purest possible
